In the case of manufacturing companies, the use of sustainable materials and environmental conservation is becoming increasingly important. This is also true for our client Silen, who places a strong emphasis on green initiatives. However, there was no relevant information available to clients before. Therefore, in collaboration with the client, we developed a separate Sustainability subpage to provide users with an overview of the company's sustainable principles, certifications, materials, and goals. The challenge for the web designer was to present all the technical and content-heavy information in an engaging yet clear and concise subpage.
As a second update, we revamped the website menu to make it easier for users to navigate through the expanded product range. To present the product tree in a clear manner, we used product images and accordions to maintain user focus on both mobile and desktop devices.
