Gamecan is a game development studio powered by a talented team, driven by high ambitions, and constantly pushing boundaries. We embraced the same approach in developing their new website.

Problem:

Gamecan has grown rapidly over the past few years, constantly needing to onboard new talent to their team. Most of the talented team members are from around the world, and one of the key information pieces for them is the website. However, the previous version has outlived its purposes, and that’s where we stepped in.

Our approach and solution:

The project began with a thorough analysis of the users’ goals and needs, including conducting a survey among the team members and analyzing the results and user flows of the old site. As a result, we outlined the exact persona who will use the site and the information they’ll need. It became clear that they primarily use the site on desktop, so we focused more on that and intentionally made the mobile version easier to navigate.

With the goal of attracting new talent to join their team, the website guides visitors towards contacting Gamecan at every step. Simultaneously, we incorporated small details that appeal to the persona.
