The problem
Vektor is a new residential and office building on Pärnu maantee in Tallinn, at the edge of the city centre. Sales started while the building was still on paper. It stands by a busy main road, in an area people knew for furniture showrooms and retail rather than homes.
The solution
We started with a marketing strategy and refined the brand: logo, colour versions, a moodboard and a tone of voice that is relaxed but businesslike. The slogan “Kõrge elukvaliteet, püsiv tasakaal” (high quality of life, lasting balance) sums up the promise.
The communication softened the location and put the building’s strengths first: a 1,500 m² rooftop garden for residents only, construction to LEED Gold criteria, cooling in every apartment and transport links at the door.
We designed booklets, print ads, outdoor ads, street pole designs, a façade design, web banners for property portals and social media ads, for both the apartments and the office spaces.
The results
Vektor got one consistent voice across print, outdoor and digital, from the first apartment sales to the office space campaigns.
