NorVitaNorvita’s e-shop, which produced a range of spray vitamins close to the hearts of many Estonians, could no longer meet the needs of the growing brand and it was decided to move to a completely new sales platform.
We analysed the customer’s greatest strengths, background history and key customer profile step-by-step and linked them to e-commerce best practices to provide the most convenient, fast and informative shopping experience possible.
The design of the website followed a minimalist line, intertwined with customer feedback and product-based value propositions. When planning the user journey, it was important to us that the customer could get the full picture of the product and make a purchase with as few clicks as possible.
The online shop also added functionality for entering promotions, bundles and related products.
PS: With the creation of the website, we ourselves became fans of Norvita’s products, as they are clean, well-engineered and significantly more effective than tablets.
