Lendermarket’s Christmas card received an exceptionally warm reception. It caught attention in online forums, and people shared feedback saying they genuinely liked the design — some even mentioned that it earned a place of honor on their shelf. And that’s exactly what design is meant to do: create something that lasts longer than a moment.

The goal for the Lendermarket Christmas card project was clear, and the brief was simple — to create a card that wouldn’t end up tucked away in a drawer with the rest, but would instead remain proudly on a desk or shelf.

The process began with a brainstorming and origami session at the office, inspired by the client’s key phrase: “Something that wouldn’t be thrown into a drawer.” For us, this meant the Christmas card had to be more than just a seasonal greeting — it needed to be a small design object that reflects the company’s character and conveys to investors that they are valued.

From the initial idea to the finished cards on the client’s desk, the project took just two weeks. Precision, pace, and collaboration were the keywords that defined this process.
